Apologizing for My Non-Postings/Vote No on Graffiti

I've been slacking.  I have not slacked on reporting graffiti... my phone keeps telling me that I am running out of space.  I just haven't been able to take the pictures off my phone onto my... er my wife's computer and then writing about it.  You may notice that there are a lot of stickers that I am reporting.  I started that in the past few months and of course CLIP has been responsive.  For Center City District requests, I am seeing if I get any better replies via Facebook Messenger.  They have at least acknowledged me so that's a start.  Hopefully they'll actually clean it up.  Enjoy the first few weeks of May's reports.  I'll work on clearing my phone and trying to stay caught up.

Near Target - really bad street.  I got this reply but apparently the street seemed better when I next went to Target.

"The Streets Dept reported that the location was on private property, therefore no work was done because it is out of our jurisdiction."

Hi good morning again. Two of my pothole requests came back with the comment that they were on private property therefore Streets couldn't repair them. Can they be resubmitted as maintenance commercial to get L&I to come out? 11296205 and 11274324 Thank you!

Lag B'Omer - Around 5th and Cecil B. Moore near Northern Liberties.  Last year I got a shout out from the police for all more reports.  No such luck this year.

That giant empty space between 5th and 6th south of Cecil B. Moore is where the BBQ and music were.

This was a Farmers Market, visit the cat, get stuck in traffic trying to get around the Italian Market Festival, go to the new Starbucks at 22nd and South, forget your computer charger and have to run back kind of day.

7th and South.  I also asked them to clean up the trash and/or remove this entirely.
